Every year Esperance Distillery develops a special florally inspired gin including botanicals wild foraged from around Ravensthorpe as part of a fundraised for Australia's longest running wildflower show - The Ravensthorpe Wildflower Show.
 
This edition highlights the Austromyrtus, a citrusy native hand packed from Ravensthorpe. With each sip, you're invited to wander through the Ravensthorpe Salmon Gums, where zesty notes from the wild myrtle intertwine with blossoming traditional florals like chamomile and lavender. Best enjoyed with a view of the Fitzgerald National Park with some friends!
